Thank you to each and every REALTOR® who called their Senators to oppose SB 567 (Durazo) during our Red Alert. While the bill, unfortunately, passed by one vote in the Senate, we are in a good position to continue the fight in the Assembly this summer. This Red Alert achieved more phone calls than any we have done since before the pandemic! This is a testament to the power of the REALTOR® Party and the strength of our collective voice. The bill passed by only a single vote, so it is clear the REALTOR® voice was heard loud and clear! Please know that your assistance has not gone unnoticed.
